1. Scope & Provider
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders via the online shop of Kayo One GmbH, based in Galgenen SZ, Switzerland (“Kayo”, “we”, “us”).
1.2 The contract languages are English and German. For interpretation, the German version shall prevail.

3.1 All prices in our online shop are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are final prices, excluding shipping.

4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Delivery area: Switzerland.
4.2 Carrier: Swiss Post (Post CH).
4.3 Shipping costs: CHF 8.50, free for orders of CHF 150 or more.
4.4 Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days, unless stated otherwise.
5. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
5.1 You may return your order within 30 days without giving reasons.
5.2 The 30‑day period starts upon receipt of the goods.
5.3 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
5.4 Only unworn, unwashed, and complete items may be returned.
5.5 Exclusions: worn clothing.
6. Warranty & Defects
6.1 Swiss statutory warranty rights apply.
6.2 For defective goods, we offer at our discretion repair or replacement. If this fails, a partial or full refund can be issued.

7. Liability
7.1 For damages caused by slight negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations.
7.2 Liability is limited to typical foreseeable damages except where mandatory law applies.

9. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
9.1 Swiss law applies.
