Refund policy

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it – no questions asked.

Here’s how:

1) Notify us via email (hello@kayoformoms.ch) within 30 days of delivery.

2) Send back your items unworn, unused, and in their original packaging – including all tags, or other parts.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs and original delivery fees.

Purchases made with gift cards are excluded from returns.

Returns that are incomplete or not registered in time may not be accepted.

Refunds:
Once we’ve inspected your return, we’ll refund you within 10 business days via your original payment method.

Exchange? 
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or color, please place a new order after your return.
