Shipping policy

Kayo currently ships exclusively to addresses within Switzerland.

Shipping partner & delivery time
We ship with Swiss Post (Post CH). Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days from the shipping confirmation.

Shipping costs
Shipping fees are shown at checkout and include Swiss VAT. Shipping costs: CHF 8.50, free for orders of CHF 150 or more.

Duties and import taxes
Since we ship directly from within Switzerland, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply to your order.

Delays
During peak periods (e.g. product launches), delivery may take longer. If so, we’ll inform you by email.
